Please read below to make sure that Presken Family Care accepts your insurance or that you agree to pay out of pocket for your visit. If you wish to register for our practice, click the blue button to begin the process.

Presken Family Care takes the following insurance plans (see below).  If you do not see your health plan listed below please contact our billing company at 303-791-1987.

 

Presken Family Care also takes self-pay patients without health insurance. Our fee is a flat $175 per visit for new or existing patients, regardless of the reason for the visit. Self-pay visits can be conducted in-person or virtually via video visit.

  • Aetna - all plans except Aexcel and Aetna Whole Health

  • Anthem/BCBS - all plans except CU Exclusive, HMO Select, and MediBlue Dual

  • Cigna - all plans except Preferred Medicare HMO and True Choice Medicare

  • Cofinity - all plans

  • Colorado Doctors Plan - all plans

  • Coventry First - all plans except Worker's Compensation

  • Humana - all plans except HMO X

  • Medicare (traditional)

  • Multiplan - all plans except Worker's Compensation, Auto Medical and ValuePoint

  • PHCS - all plans except PHCS Savillity

  • Planstin- all plans

  • Beech Street - all plans except Worker's Compensation

  • Rocky Mountain Health Plans - we only accept ASO, HMO and PPO plans

  • Tricare - all plans

  • United Healthcare - all plans including AARP, UMR and All Savers

Unfortunately at This Time Our Practice Does NOT Accept:

  • Friday Health Plans

  • Kaiser Permanente

  • HealthShare Plans such as Liberty HealthShare and OneShare Health

  • Medicaid/Health First Colorado/Colorado Access
